Manager, Financial Management (Dynamics 365)
LaSalle Network is hiring a Manager, Financial Management (Dynamics 365) to join the Operations Excellence practice of a high-growth consulting firm. This role is built for an ERP implementation leader who brings deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and has a track record of delivering digital transformation across the finance function.
You’ll serve as a delivery lead on high-impact client projects, own strategic relationships, manage cross-functional teams, and bring functional and technical solutions to life across multiple industries. This isn’t just about configuring systems—it’s about building the future of financial operations for complex, middle-market clients.
Manager, Financial Management (Dynamics 365) Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects, managing delivery across scope, budget, workstreams, and client relationships
- Architect solutions for business-critical processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Report, and Project to Cash
- Collaborate with clients to define implementation strategy and execution plans tailored to each organization’s structure and goals
- Guide teams through system configuration, integration with third-party platforms, and post-launch optimization
- Conduct ERP assessments, software selections, and fit-gap analyses to evaluate Dynamics suitability
- Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants, acting as a career advisor and team lead
- Develop and maintain reusable methodologies, project templates, and quality assurance practices
- Support business development through proposal creation, scoping, internal partnerships, and client relationship building
- Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts, and model a people-first culture that prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and growth
Manager, Financial Management Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and configuration, including at least 4+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Demonstrated success leading ERP programs with multiple stakeholders and complex integrations
- Experience with third-party applications, customizations, and supporting clients through M&A activity is a plus
- At least one year of formal people management experience
- Expert in project delivery, including developing work plans, tracking budgets, and mitigating risks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Experience in industries like Healthcare, Manufacturing, Software, Financial Services, or Private Equity preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
