What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Microsoft Fabric data environment
- Own and optimize ETL pipelines, integrating data from internal and external sources
- Apply best practices in data governance, quality control, and lifecycle management
- Build and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and reporting assets
- Enable self-service analytics capabilities while enforcing enterprise data standards
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions
- Continuously evaluate and implement tools, technologies, and processes to improve scalability and automation
- Champion data literacy and support business users in understanding and leveraging available insights
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data architecture, modeling, and transformation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a scalable analytics function

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering
- Advanced SQL expertise (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Proficient in building Power BI dashboards and reports with strong UX/UI sensibility
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and modeling techniques
- Familiarity with data governance, MDM, and security frameworks
- Experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, HR, and other business units
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
