LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing 3PL company to find an experienced Second Shift Logistics Coordinator who can step in, take control, and keep freight moving without missing a beat. If you’ve worked in transportation or brokerage and know how to manage high-volume updates, carrier communication, and real-time coordination solo—this is for you.
We’re looking for a sharp, independent operator who thrives under pressure and doesn’t need handholding. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, own their shift, and drive results.
Second Shift Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

Monitor live freight and track all updates with precision

Stay in constant contact with drivers, carriers, and customers

Field high-volume emails across multiple Outlook inboxes

Support large client accounts with urgency and accuracy
-
Keep operations flowing through Excel and TMS systems
Second Shift Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

Experience in freight brokerage or transportation is non-negotiable
-
Outlook power user—can handle multiple inboxes and prioritize communication

Strong Excel skills and TMS knowledge
-
Calm under pressure and extremely detail-oriented
-
Comfortable working independently on a second shift
