We’re partnering with a well-established private equity firm in Chicago to hire an on-site Administrative Assistant!

Administrative Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting guests and managing visitor information.
  • Coordinate with building management to ensure smooth guest logistics.
  • Provide direct support to individuals and teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a private office setting with high standards.
  • Open and close the office daily, manage inventory and supplies, and update internal rosters.
  • Handle light kitchen duties such as coffee setup and loading the dishwasher.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive — able to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet, private office behind closed doors.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and reliable — someone who values stability and long-term growth.
  • Experience in professional services is a plus but not required.
