Accounts Payable Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a cross-functional procure-to-pay (P2P) team
- Oversee daily accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to stabilize and enhance the S/4HANA AP environment
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and financial regulations
Accounts Payable Supervisor Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory Accounts Payable role
- Expertise in SAP and OpenText; experience with S/4HANA strongly preferred
- Background in consumer goods or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Accounts Payable Supervisor Logistics:
- This is a long-term consulting position
- Compensation: $47/hour
- Hybrid in Downtown Chicago
