Technology Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Write detailed user stories and manage backlogs in Jira
- Partner with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering to align on priorities
- Lead and support end-to-end UAT efforts, including test planning, script creation, and results validation
- Ensure solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and business goals
- Provide ongoing support through testing and post-deployment validation
Technology Business Analyst Requirements:
- 3+ years in a client-facing Business Analyst or consulting role
- Experience working on technology transformation projects
- Fluent in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for story writing and backlog management
- Proven track record of UAT coordination and hands-on testing
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
- Hybrid n Chicago
