Sr. DevOps Engineer
LaSalle Network is hiring a Sr. DevOps Engineer for a financial services organization that’s consistently ranked among the best places to work in the Chicago area. Sr. DevOps Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Serve as the operational lead for environment configuration, release management, and change control
- Support and administer MuleSoft ESB environments, including runtime server performance tuning and connector management
- Collaborate across architecture, development, and testing teams to ensure smooth, secure deployments
- Create deployment architecture and monitoring solutions, including dashboards, alerts, and escalations
- Own configuration management and support automated testing and user management across dev environments
- Continuously refine DevOps practices to improve scalability, speed, and reliability of production systems
Sr. DevOps Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5–8 years of overall experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft ESB administration, including performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Deep experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and modern CI/CD methodologies
- Strong understanding of IaC and cloud-native tooling
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders
- Passion for clean automation, monitoring, and building scalable systems
