Medical Billing Coordinator
Duration of Assignment:Temp-to-Hire
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full Time)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Billing Coordinator to support a busy mental health facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a flexible pay rate based on experience.
Responsibilities:

Process insurance claims quickly and accurately

Follow up on claims to ensure timely reimbursement

Communicate with patients about billing questions and concerns

Assist with scheduling duties as needed
Requirements:

Proficiency in Athena software is a plus

Prior experience in medical billing (mental health experience is a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills
