Lead SAP Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP solution design and support across MM, PP, and PM modules within a global SAP ECC 6.0 environment
- Collaborate with plant-level operations to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Configure and optimize SAP modules while ensuring data integrity across MM-FI, PP-WM-SD, and PM-MM-CO touchpoints
- Develop functional specifications, SOPs, and training documentation for end users and business partners
- Own and manage material master data, ensuring accuracy and strong governance
- Support ongoing SAP enhancements, break-fix initiatives, and major projects simultaneously
- Contribute to SAP integrations with MES, IoT, and OT systems across shop floor operations
- Facilitate training and enablement for SAP users, translating technical solutions into everyday business value
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; SAP certifications strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in SAP MM with working knowledge of PP and PM
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and familiarity with S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production environments
- Proven experience managing master data and driving cross-functional SAP integration
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and cultures
- Willingness to travel occasionally
