AR Supervisor

LaSalle Network has partnered with a company located in Northfield, IL who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to lead and manage all aspects of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including Order Entry, Billing, Cash Application, and Collections. This newly created role is critical to supporting our continued growth and ensuring accurate and timely AR operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the full Order-to-Cash process

• Oversee day-to-day AR functions: billing, cash application, collections, and order processing

• Act as a liaison between internal Sales Executives and external customers—primarily through professional written communication

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate AR records and support monthly close procedures

• Identify and resolve discrepancies; collaborate with internal teams to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency

Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with in-depth knowledge of Order Entry, Billing, Cash Application, and Collections

• B2B (business-to-business) industry experience is required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to draft professional and grammatically correct correspondence

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel; ERP experience is a plus

• Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred but not required
