From invoicing deals to handling titles and tax paperwork, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping everything on track and in compliance.
Billing Administrator Responsibilities:

Accurately invoice new and used truck sales

Handle documentation from titles and plates to warranties and tax forms

Ensure all sales records are audit-ready and complete

Take ownership of special projects and daily workflow organization
Billing Administrator Requirements:

3+ years of billing/accounting experience in a dealership or similar environment

The role will be fully on-site in Elmhurst, IL

Strong Excel skills and comfort with back-office systems

Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and communicative
