Based in the Loop 3x a week this position blends detailed financial analysis with cross-functional collaboration. Budget for this role is up to $120,000 base salary commensurate with experience with additional bonus opportunities .
Senior Financial Analyst – Global Operations Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth financial reviews of global operations and P&L
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop cost reduction strategies
- Build and maintain complex forecasting models and dashboards
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management
- Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Support system upgrades and reporting enhancements
Senior Financial Analyst – Global Operations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics or similar; advanced degree a bonus
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally in a multinational company
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems like SAP, Hyperion or Oracle
- Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly
- Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Chicago area candidate with hybrid availability
